Our Opportunity for Youth Employment (OYE) product uses the unique push-match-pull methodology to create meaningful employment in agriculture, energy and WASH. We lever our expertise and network of companies to provide vocational training, on-the-job learning, and concrete employment opportunities for young people. We also help young people to fulfil their entrepreneurial aspirations by developing their skills and knowledge through training, facilitating access to money, and by coaching them in leadership and business skills.

LKDT actively engages and collaborates with the Government of Uganda on activities to promote good governance, political competition and consensus building, civil society advocacy, conflict mitigation and reconciliation, and human rights in alignment with Uganda’s National Development Plan.
